Q & A

will you paint a portrait of a person?

Nope. I’ll be honest when I say that I don’t find enjoyment in painting people and it would cause me an incredible amount of stress. I would much rather you find an artist that specializes in human portraits and enjoys that type of work! It would be a much better choice for all parties.

Can i return/exchange a piece if i don’t like it?

If you purchase an art print and find that once you receive it, it’s not for you, I will accept a return/exchange. I will require that you cover the postage fees for sending the print back to my studio. The merchandise must be in the same condition as it was sent (special action will be taken for a product obviously damaged during shipping). Once the merchandise is received back in my hands, I will process your full refund. To keep this from happening, please ensure that you look at all details about products as well as images. I do my best to be sure that the colors in images are as close as possible to the actual product. Please be aware that sometimes colors of images look different on different devices, so check images using multiple devices (computer vs. tablet vs. smartphone) to make sure the print is what you’re expecting.

If you purchase a piece of original art, all sales are final. Special action can be taken for a piece obviously damaged during shipping if that unfortunately occurs. Please be aware that sometimes colors of images look different on different devices, so check images using multiple devices (computer vs. tablet vs. smartphone) to make sure the piece is what you’re expecting. Also be sure to read all details of a piece to make sure the size and material are what you’re looking for in your space. For commissioned pieces, I will always send a photo of the final product to you for your final approval before it’s varnished and shipped.

if i order a piece now, but need to delay the shipping, will you hold the piece for me?

Absolutely! I will hold a purchased piece for 3 months from the purchase date - just email me once your order has been submitted and we’ll schedule when you’d like to have the piece shipped.. To keep my business running smoothly, I need to keep things moving around and out as soon as possible. If you need a piece held for more than 3 months, then it may not be the best time to purchase. (Idea: If it’s an “I GOTTA have this” situation, check with your friends and family to see if someone will be willing to hold onto the piece for you. I can ship to whatever address you’d like, whether it’s to your cousin Karen or your BFF’s sister’s boyfriend Raul.

If you order a piece, won’t be able to accept it until 6 months later, and have no one that will hold it for you during that time, then I will unfortunately need to cancel your order and provide you a refund.
