Returns

I gladly accept returns for art prints, greeting cards, and printed holiday ornaments. Just contact me via email within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery. Please see Conditions of Return below.

I do not accept returns for original artwork, pet portraits, commissions, or hand-painted holiday ornaments (unless the product arrives to you with obvious damage done during shipping).

Conditions of return: The buyer will be responsible for return packaging and postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and will not be refunded the full amount originally paid.

Special action will be taken if items arrive with obvious damage that occurred during shipping. If your shipment arrives and it looks like it was mishandled by the carrier, please take clear photos of all packaging and do not dispose of anything until further confirmation from me.

Contact: Please email me at e.higdon.art@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with return requests or damaged package notification.

** Please ensure that you look at all details about products as well as the images provided in the listing. I do my best to be sure that the colors in images are as close as possible to the actual product. Please be aware that sometimes colors of images look different on different electronic devices (phone vs. tablet vs. computer), so check images using multiple devices to make sure the piece is what you’re expecting. Be sure to read all details of a piece to make sure the size and material are what you’re looking for in your space. For commissioned pieces and pet portraits, I will always email a photo of the final product to you for your final approval before it’s varnished and shipped. **

Delayed Shipping Requests

If you want to purchase a piece of art but need to delay the shipping date, I will hold a purchased piece for 30 calendar days starting on the purchase date - just email me at e.higdon.art@gmail.com once your order has been submitted and we’ll schedule when you’d like to have the piece shipped. If you need a piece held for more than 30 days, then it may not be the best time to purchase. (If it’s an “I HAVE to have this” situation, check with your friends and family to see if someone will be willing to hold onto the piece for you. I can ship to whatever address you’d like as long as it’s in the United States!)

If you order a piece, won’t be able to accept it until over 30 calendar days later, and have no one that will hold it for you during that time, then I will need to cancel your order and provide you a full refund.
